With over 20 years in the financial sector, Manny began his career in the Lending and Real Estate industry. He first spearheaded his own lending firm accompanied by many of his childhood friends. Together they built a thriving and respectable company recognized by their peers and major banking firms. Accompanied by the opening of a real estate company, a zest for maximizing synergies and ventures began to formulate. He later joined JP Morgan Chase in a wholesale capacity solidifying his imprint in the Florida Market. His success afforded him an opportunity to build a team of wholesale executives for one of the largest national sub-prime lenders. Integrating a unique system and the ability to recruit some of the best talent in the industry proved fertile as they hit high watermarks every month for two years consecutively. In collaborating with many of the top bankers and leaders in finance and banking he amassed appreciation for knowledge and process. This proved to be resourceful when being offered to lead the Wholesale Division for Popular Mortgage Company. A company known for as a retail leader servicing the most prominent construction builders in Florida. Manny was brought in to balance the revenue channels. Having the confidence and capital of the ownership, he came full circle with all the experience he collected. Leveraging the best talent to expand the product line and integrating technology for optimal efficiency, his team went out and grew their respective share of the market. Their efforts were apparent when his wholesale team eventually surpassed all other channels and become the primary source of revenue.
Seeking a challenge outside the realm of direct lending and real-estate solidified Manny’s transition to financial services. As a branch manager for a regional firm he concentrated on education and planning for employer and employee benefits. His entrepreneur and consultative approach to individuals and small business owners adds perspective in all facets of wealth accumulation and retention. Most recently, Manny held the role of VP and consultant at Charles Schwab. He had an opportunity to engage and build long term wealth management relationships with many families reaching over 200M in managed assets. He nurtures all clients in becoming friends. “Knowing a Client and Knowing a Friend is different. In this industry when your clients become your friends, we all succeed. A personal bond is needed to care.” Delivering on traditional services and accountability based on client necessities rather than incentive-based relationships is what prompted Manny to commence this new venture and build a reliable firm he can be proud of.
